The problem with most training shirts comes down to the same trade-off. Good fabric in a cut that does not work, or a cut that works in fabric that gives in six months. Something always concedes.
The Form-Frame block starts close at the chest, shoulders, and biceps. That is where fit reads, and where the work shows. It then tapers through the torso: tailored enough to stay neat, with enough room that it does not restrict when the session shifts to pulling work or conditioning. The hem length holds through overhead movement without riding up. That last detail gets overlooked on most training shirts. It should not.
Fabric is 95% polyester, 5% spandex at 185 GSM. That weight is where the shirt earns its keep. Light enough to manage moisture through a full session. Heavy enough that the knit holds its shape and holds the Absolute Black through the full stretch range. A lighter knit at this fibre content collapses under the cut, which defeats the purpose of the pattern block.
The tonal logo sits at the left chest, 40mm deep grey vinyl against Absolute Black. Present at close range. Invisible at distance.
